LIBERTINE DESIGN is the creative practice of Louise Carr, specialising in branding, art direction, graphic design, packaging and illustration for a wide range of clients. With a multidisciplinary approach, the studio brings concept driven visual identities to life through thoughtfully crafted, print and digital implementations. Based in Manchester UK, Louise works closely with a network of collaborators to tailor the right team for the needs of each project.

PROFILE
Originally from Manchester UK, Louise Carr studied graphic design and illustration at Manchester Metropolitan University, before founding her first studio – Creative Vein 2003-2013. Libertine Design was founded in 2013 when Louise decided she wanted to focus on providing clients with a bespoke brand consultancy offering.
Louise gives lectures and workshops at educational institutions and conferences across the UK. She boasts a diverse client list including some of the UK’s biggest retailers and more recently her work has followed her passion for yoga and spirituality into the health and wellness world.
Her approach across mediums is conceptual and holistic, guided by an interest for colour, tactility and composition. She also works as an illustrator.
